    In today's world, it feels that one is bombarded with statistics on keeping fit, and weight problems. Always bear in mind that one's weight is not complete pointer as to how fit one is.

    That said it's true to say and that weight does have an effect, mainly if one is heavy, but still this isn't the end of the universe and there's still hope.

    The real technique to know how healthy one is to test endurance levels one has and how much training one can carry out without getting fatigued. It's easily seen as one joins an exercise regimen and starts to get fitter the pounds will start coming off.

    Eating right is an important part of losing weight, but it is not most important way to obtain weight loss. If the aim is to reduce and not to again put on weight, one would need to study the amount of exercise one does. Eating is important too but what's more important is to burn off the calories one gets off food, so long one is able to work out enough to burn adequate calories one can have anything one likes . Finding time in one's daily schedule and eating healthy foods, are two different sides of the same coin and they have to go together.

    Exercise not only burns fat but also helps one achieve fitness and power it builds up differentmuscle groupsit's not advisable to initiate dieting without exercise because if that is carried out one burns muscles and not fat, leading to weight loss but not fat loss, and therefore the body will burn significantly less fat as there is less of muscle mass now, which would mean harder to lose weight in future if ever one needs to.
