Detoxification, # 1 step to recovery for cancer survivors, involves 5 natural stages.
Stage 1. Refers to how toxic your lifestyle is and it involves paying attention to your habits.
If fully / highly toxic, you need to get de- numb- ed; toxicity often leaves people numb towards their reactions to the world.
* if you are smoking, work on stopping that * avoid alcohol, coffee and regular tea: these will only over-load your liver ( the major elimination organ) even more. * avoid condiments sauces: mustard, ketchup , Worcester sauce, MSG, steak, BBQ, chilli shrimp and soy sauce , pickled vegetables, relishes, salad dressings ( unless homemade)
These will affect the liver and the kidneys, therefore slowly shutting down all your elimination apparatus.
Stage 2. Involves paying more attention to what you eat
By adding more vegetables and fruits, you are giving your body fiber for detoxification and necessary nutrients for both detoxification and healing.
* Water is the medium that transports toxins out of the body and nutrients to the elimination organs necessary to strengthen them.
* Most meats are full of antibiotics, hormones and pesticides, due to the farming environment they came from, not to count the stress substances secreted by the animals while being killed.
Allergens place the body in a constant fighting state; by their own definition, allergens are foreign substances that the body rejects. When your body constantly wastes energy fighting these, its energy stores will be depleted when time to heal or detoxify arrives.
Stage 3. Involves repair done to the 2 major detoxification organs during medical procedures of treating cancer.
*The liver , besides many other functions, is responsible for breaking down medication ( anesthetics, chemotherapeutic, drugs, radiation effects, etc.) . Once the liver clogged, it cannot continue detoxifying the body of all remaining toxins.
The best way to balance the liver is through 2 phases:
* drainage = cleaning up it's own toxins * supportive therapy = strengthening and boasting it's powers.
* Allopathic treatments often lead to intestinal damage ,like increased intestinal permeability, therefore allowing for increased absorption of pathogens, allergens and toxins. In return, this process ends up putting more stress on your immune system, decreasing its ability to focus on healing.

This storage is also called " drainage".
