If you’re body is “average” you could lose 27 pounds in 8 weeks.
2. Weigh yourself and then get a visual image (being realistic) of whomever you might look like (famous or not) after you lose 25 pounds.
3. Use that image as a focal point when you are taking action. Soak it up when eating, exercising, and before bed. Your goal is to make an impression on your brain, a target that you can refer to again and again. You can’t hit a weight loss target you cannot see.
4. Force yourself to drink water early in the morning. Water hydrates your body. And since fat loss is a dehydration process, water is absolutely imperative. Drink 8 swallows first thing in the morning, every morning. Write that down in your plan and start tomorrow morning.
5. Walk (or jog) 30 minutes a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, after your water. This is not tough, but most who read this article won’t do it. Will you? Walking is so easy. It’s criminal how few people do it. Grab your I-pod and go walking. If you are consistent with your morning walk, three weeks from today you won’t believe your reflection!
6. Increase your fiber intake. Fiber is your friend. Fiber helps you feel fuller. It helps you stop eating when you’re supposed to stop. Use Fiber One cereal. Have some for breakfast and eat a small amount with every meal. Two swallows are plenty.
