I will show you how to get six pack abs. It isn't that difficult to actually achieve. The problem that most people face is a problem of information. A lot of the wisdom that people know is just wrong. If you told the trainer at the gym that you wanted to get six pack abs, he'd probably make you do a hundred sit ups. It's this sort of thing that makes people give up and fail, because you're not going to get any results that way. We all have abs, so our goal isn't to achieve them. Our goal is to remove the fat covering them, so we can show them off. I'm going to show you exactly what you need to do, so you can do that.Your diet needs to be designed to maximize every calorie and also maximize your bodies use of calories. Less calories in than you use is a simple way of describing it, but a lot of people misinterpret things. The stuff you eat and the way you eat it will end up resulting in how much calories your body burns. That's why I eat a smaller meal every 2-3hrs. This causes my metabolism to speed up and I burn more fat.
In the evening, you have to be ever vigilant with your diet. All the snack foods are at this time and you have less structure, than in the day, so you're more likely to cheat. The key is to success is to avoid carbs all together. This way you don't really get into any trouble. The ideal thing to eat is a combination of protein and fat. This slows down digestion and allows your body to use the protein as you sleep. I typically eat cottage cheese because it is the perfect combination.
