  • Methods of Treatment For Excessive Sweating
    By: TYLER ZIGGLER

Treatment of excessive sweating is hard to come by these days. It's often surprising since you'd think medical science would know what to do, but they really don't. There idea is to surgically remove your sweat glands or close them up with harsh chemicals. This didn't sweat well with me. I've been sweating most of my life and I needed a way of solving this, the natural way.

Let me tell you about the worst thing about excessively sweating; the financial and social limitations. I'm a good employee. In fact, I'm a great employee. I work hard, I know what to do and I'm very good at managing people, but I've never been promoted. My excess sweating makes me look unconfident. You just don't promote unconfident people. I've been passed over for promotions time and time again. If you look at the social side of things, I was always sweating. People would think I was sick or something. I'd be asked "are you okay" all the time.

Surgery just isn't a valid method of treatment of excess sweating. It's just too expensive and I think a little to dangerous and over the top. I was looking for natural methods and I found one. The book "Stop Excess Sweating" showed me that I could get rid of excess sweating with a simple method. Your diet has an enormous affect on the way your body performs and simply changing a few things in your diet can relieve most of your sweating.
