    I'm going to show you a thing or two about muscle building weightlifting. There are a lot of people out there looking to get bigger and gain some confidence, but there is a huge problem; misinformation. When it comes to people wanting to change their body, there is so much misinformation out there. I've been training for almost a decade now and just in the recent years have I really started to understand what works and what doesn't. I'm going to share a little of what I've learned during my time training.

    A diet is the most important part of the process for building muscle. I can help you create the best muscle building routine ever, but if your diet is poor, so will your results. I feel it is necessary for me to address this point first before you start wasting your time in the gym because that's all you're doing in the gym if your diet isn't good. It's time to get rid of all those chemical filled foods and get back to REAL FOOD. This is all natural stuff that you find at the grocery store. This will help your body build bigger muscles.

    Now that we have your diet cleared up, the muscle building weightlfiting routine can be talked about. I see so many guys at the gym that are there for over an hour and don't even break a sweat. I workout for only 7 minutes, but it is intense! That's the key to building muscle; intensity. Having an intense workout causes a huge amount of stress on the body. The muscles are forced to adapt to deal with the stress. It's just that easy.
