    My muscle weight gain methods are very good because I've taken the time to cut out all the misinformation out there and stick to the scientifically backed methods that actually worked. People fail every single day when it comes to putting on muscle because they apply the wrong things, day after day. They do experience a little growth for their first month, but after that it is completely no existent. I've been training for almost a decade now and in that time I've learned what works and what doesn't. I'm going to show you exactly what you're going to need to do to experience massive muscle weight gain.

    You're going to learn the most important thing when it comes to my muscle weight gain method. Your diet is the single most important thing you have to be in control of. You can't build muscle unless your body is getting the best quality of nutrients to repair with. If you're still eating processed foods, than it is time to cut them out of your diet. These types of foods are full of chemicals that actually slow down the process of muscle growth. Get them out of your diet and start to eat real food that has absolutely no chemicals in them.

    I have one simple philosophy to building muscle and that is keeping it short and intense. You don't have to workout for hours. Your body only has so much resources to go around and most of them are used up very quickly. It's just extremely inefficient to do it that way. I have a short 7 minute workout that is as intense as possible. This leaves me exhausted and soaked in sweat after I workout, but I know my muscles will grow because of this method.
