It surprises a lot of people because they put most of their effort in at the gym, when in reality, they should put most of their effort into the kitchen. Your muscles can't grow unless you feed them correctly. You can't have a powerful workout, if you don't feed your body right. These are just simple things that need to be done. A very simple task you can apply is starting to cut out all that processed foods you end up eating and replacing it with real food.
Training should be short and sweet for proper muscle building. I see so many people working out for over an hour. The simple fact is that your body only has so much testosterone to go around and it's practically gone after 20 minutes of working out. Stimulating muscle growth comes from short periods of high intensity. That's the key. I workout for only seven minutes, but it is extremely intense.
