I'm going to show you how to build muscle and eliminate fat with a simple strategy that is based completely on science. Stop doing cardio because it's just a waste of time. Despite what all the infomercials say, cardio isn't as good as most people think at burning fat. It mainly consumes your lean body mass, which doesn't give you the desired results you want. Muscle is the key to getting big and burning fat. That's because having more muscle on your body, allows you to burn more calories. Something as simple as 10lbs can allow you to consume an extra meal everyday. Assuming you don't eat that extra meal, your body will drop in fat.There is only one type of important exercises you should be doing and that is the compound ones. Most people waste their time and energy doing the isolated ones. This type just works one muscle and very small ones at that. It doesn't do anything to stimulate growth. The key is compound because it works many different muscles at the same time. This forces the body to build more muscle.
Your diet is important, so you have to sit down and plan it out. Following a proper diet is key. When I say diet, I don't mean the typical societal definition. I mean the literal definition; "the food we eat". You have to start eating properly. Start by eating smaller meals more often.
