    The intermittent fasting fat eliminating diet is an amazing new way to lose weight. It's just recently hit the headlines after a researcher, doing a study, found that people ended up losing weight on this diet. There was also some other very interesting results. People that had some sort of health issue, saw improvement in it. The conclusion of this study was that people on this diet would lose weight and would probably end up living longer. I think those conclusions warranted me to research this and explain to you how this works.

    The intermittent fasting fat eliminating diet is very simple. You can eat anything you want and as much as you feel like (within reason). You get to eat what you want for one day, than the next you fast. It's just that simple. You don't actually starve yourself because some people thinks that is what is happening. On your eat days, you end up eating twice as much food, so it all balances out.

    I think the best way to tell if this is a natural thing is to look how the primitive human being would of eating. The caveman was a hunter and would of hunted each day for a big animal to catch. Some days they'd catch one and eat. Others they wouldn't find anything and they'd go without. It seems highly probable that intermittent fasting was similar to their diet.

    Eat Stop Eat is an excellent intermittent fasting guide book. If you're planning on trying out this diet, I suggest you follow the guide. Doing this diet properly and safely is essential.
