I have some quick muscle building tips that I want to share with you. It always amazes me when I'm at the gym that most people don't even have the slightest clue what they're doing or how to do anything right. They seem to follow the same generic misinformation that appears to have come from, yet another, infomercial. I'm here to debunk all that information and give you the real important facts based on science that have helped me achieve quick muscle growth.Your diet is everything. It doesn't matter how good you are in the gym because your diet is all that counts. If you have a sloppy diet, but your personal trainer at the gym is Schwarzenegger, your muscle results will be sloppy. The reason is that quick muscle building only occurs when you feed yourself the proper nutrition to achieve growth. I suggest you start taking a good hard look at your diet and cut out all the processed foods. The amount of chemicals people eat is very disgusting. Putting these in your body actually hamper your ability to put on muscle.
Lastly, quick muscle building doesn't require long workouts. I see people at the gym, called gym rats, that spend a lot of time there. They never seem to break a sweat. Muscles will grow when you stress them enough to adapt. This requires intensity. I have short 7 minute workouts that are intense. I'm soaked in sweat at the end, but my muscles grow much faster than that of a person that spent an hour at the gym.
