  • The #1 Way to Lose Weight and Feel Better about Yourself

    Are you heavy? Have you tried to lose weight and failed? I have seen it a thousand times, people get gung ho, go on a crazy diet and lose some weight only to gain it back, and then some.

    This only makes you feel worse about yourself, and the downward spiral continues. Leaving you feeling alone to battle this unrelenting beast.

    There are a thousand reasons these diets and workout programs don't work. Like real life happening, jobs, kids, not having the time to go to the gym, not wanting to starve yourself, not knowing what to do. It can be so confusing, and can take so much time.

    There is a right way to lose weight that can fit into your schedule and make you feel great, and it's clear, concise and easy to do.

    Your body uses the food you eat for energy. I think we all know that. But did you know that the types of food and the patterns in which you eat them trigger your brain to release hormones. These hormones tell your body to either burn fat or store fat. Pretty interesting.

    Try to take a guess at what hormone Chocolate Cake and Cheese Cake elicit.

    Not to say you have to totally eliminate these foods from your diet.

    You can eat the right foods at the right intervals and turn your body into a fat burning machine.

    Sounds crazy doesn't it! Well it's true. You can train your body to release the more hormones to burn fat instead of the other way around. It can be done, and it's not that difficult. Your body will burn fat while you sleep. You don't have to come home from a long day of work and go to the weight room or the track when you would rather be spending time with your family.

    We have been trained to eat two big meals a day. Unless you are one of the few people that can find the time to actually eat a proper breakfast.

    Most people wake up too late for a normal breakfast, rush to get the kids ready or to get off to work without eating anything or anything good. They eat a big lunch, then a big dinner, again probably not too healthy. Then after watching T.V. Or playing with the kids they go to bed without paying attention to their body.

    This is not the right way to do it. Besides, don't you feel terrible after those meals. Full and lethargic. Isn't the first hour after lunch the least productive of the day. Don't you want to stop feeling that way.

    Instead, learn the way to eat that will give you the body you want and deserve. Moreover, you will feel great about your body and great about yourself.
