- Burning Fat For The Body You Dream Of Having
- By: WENDY HEARN
Burning body fat is the key to successfully acquiring the body you have always dreamed of — sculptured and defined with sleek muscles whose movements are wide-ranged flexibility with exuberance and brimming with good health and zest for life. To achieve all that, you must exercise and watch what you eat and how you eat it.Exercise: While you exercise, your muscles will burn fat and glucose which are the carbohydrates in your blood. Different exercises will result in different ratios between fat and glucose burning. Here comes the good news —a fun and effective way of exercising is with mini trampolines. The gentle up and down movements achieved by the mini trampoline’s rebounding effects will not only help you burn that unwanted fat but it will also stimulate your lymphatic system which will strengthen your immune system, it will help eliminate toxins, it will prevent the muscle and joint pains which are often the consequences of other exercises and it will improve your balance as well as stability. You can take at your own pace and make it harder as you go progress.
1.Watch what you eat and how you eat it: Low fat foods tend to have less calories and that is exactly what you should be eating when you want to burn body fat. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans and legumes are all low in fat and I would encourage you to each them to your heart’s content. Nuts and seeds tend to be fatty but those are good fat, so feel free to consume them in moderation. However, you must be careful when it comes to low fat foods which have been pre-packaged, pre-prepared and served in restaurants. To enhance the flavors of low fat foods, food manufacturers and restaurant chefs more often than not add more refined sugars and salt to substitute for the fats that have been taken out. Refined sugars and added salt are bad for your health and will undermine your efforts to burn fat. You should, therefore, read product labels carefully and ask about the ingredients in the low fat foods you are interested in.
2.Now that you know what to eat and what not to, let us discuss how you should eat. No, I don’t mean table manners or dining etiquettes. I mean eating slowly. But why?
a)To lose body fat. Your brain and mine, as well, take approximately 20 minutes to let us know that we are full. We must never eat faster than our brains can register that we have no need to continue.
b)To enjoy the food. Food cannot be enjoyed when it is gobbled up and disappears in seconds.
c)To improve digestion. Our stomachs do not have teeth. We, therefore, must chew our food well before swallowing. And chewing well takes time.
d)To reduce stress. Concentrating on our food puts us in the moment, and being in the moment melts away stress.
e)To make a statement against the fast lane. If nothing else, mealtimes should be islets of refuge from our otherwise hectic and chaotic lives.
So, eat slower, exercise faster and take pleasure in all your endeavors. Discover how to triple your fat loss and lose inches of your body so you look good and feel great
