  • Does How Much I Drink Affect How Much I Sweat?
    By: KEN JONES

If you sweat profusely you will know that any way you can find to reduce your sweating is a real bonus. Logic would seem to suggest that if you intake less liquid then you will stop sweating or at least reduce it. Well yes and no. Don't assume your body is logical The very fact that your body is over-sweating shows that you have some sort of problem that you need to solve. Your sweating is a sign that your circulation system is trying to cool you down. This is a necessary function for you. If you just stop drinking then you will impede your body's cooling system down and cause damage to other areas of the body. As one of the most sensitive areas is your brain you need to be careful here. So whilst you would logically think that stopping drinking would reduce the sweating this is not the case. You would simply be creating new problems. What you drink is more important than how much Not all drinks are good for you. As a person who sweats too much you can help yourself by holding off the caffeine and alcohol. These drinks dehydrate you and will make you drink more to quench your thirst. So you end up drinking more and so sweating more. The best option for drinking when you sweat too much is water and simple fruit juices. These will not make you dehydrate as much so will need less to drink to keep you cool. Your over sweating is going to occur whatever you drink but you should keep to those drinks that do the least damage. There are many things you can do to help you stop sweating. Watching what you drink is just one of them. You can find out more by visiting the website listed below. http://www.end-sweating.com
