  • Jelqing - A Basic Exercise For Increased Penis Length and Gi

    The jelqing exercise is a popular exercise in most penis enlargement program it has different variations to give maximum gains. This is a very basic version. This exercise must be performed properly to achieve any gains. The jelq involves forcing more blood into your penile chambers than they would normally accept during an erection, continued stretching of you penile tissues will cause an expansion as this gorges the cells and when they are repaired they are able to hold a lot more blood. Performing this powerful exercise correctly will work to increase both your length and girth. You will also notice an increase in vascularity and your erection strength.

    To begin performing the jelq you need to achieve an erection that is about 80% hard (you need a partial erection for this exercise a full erection would have no effect on your penis). It should be almost fully erect but still be flexible for this exercise

    Apply a plentiful amount of hand lotion, baby oil, olive oil or whatever lubrication you prefer to your penis then grab its base with your thumb and first finger encircling it and forming an OK sign (if you have a foreskin then pull this back so it does not get in the way, you are suppose to pull your penis NOT your skin). The position of your palm could be facing up from underneath the penis with the thumb over the top or hand over the top of palm facing down with the thumb encircling under whichever the choices are yours.

    Start with the position that is more comfortable to you. Push your right hand towards the head of your penis applying enough pressure to force blood forward toward the head. Release and immediately repeat with your left hand. Continue to switch your hands as you perform this exercise. Each of the Jelq stroke should last about 3 - 5 seconds.

    Each jelq stroke should be a slow, steady and powerful movement. You will begin to see your penis expanding to its limits as you push blood up your shaft. You should not concern yourself about counting strokes just time yourself 10minutes should be enough.
    Always take short breaks while Jelquing to rest your hands or regain a partial erection.

    This Exercises is very powerful without proper direction from a full enlargement program, it could be dangerous if misused.
