  • Premature Ejaculation - A Guide
    By:Wendy Robinson

Premature ejaculation (PE) is a problem with a large percentage of sexually active men. It is estimated that up to 75% of men have the problem, and all men will experience it at least once in their lives.

The good news is that there is something that can be done about premature ejaculation. It is possible for a man to train his body to last longer! In order to do this, he needs to begin training with special exercises. There is a muscle called the PC muscle, which is responsible for preventing ejaculation from occurring too quickly. If this muscle is untrained then trying to flex it to prevent ejaculation will not be effective.

And easy way to identify the muscle is that it is the muscle responsible for stopping the urination flow. It is easier to stop the flow of urination than to stop ejaculation however.

    The Exercise:

He will begin to strengthen this muscle by performing "flexes" whilst seated in a chair. He should get into a daily routine of these exercises, aiming for 15-20 flexes per set, with 3 - 4 sets at a time.

After a few weeks of performing these exercises he should begin to notice a very significant difference in his lasting power. By continuing these exercises and practicing, he might be able to successfully eliminate premature ejaculation permanently!

This is just one way to cure premature ejaculation. There are many different exercises that could help you to achieve this. There are many e-books on the internet that give great advice. It may however be beneficial to get the most effective and quickest results is by joining a program with personalized advice on how to do these exercises .
